1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JEPS.FASHION, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed via Paystack. We reserve the right to cancel any order if stock is unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping

We currently deliver within Ghana. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. A shipping fee applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold displayed at checkout.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale. Contact us to initiate a return.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, text, and branding — is owned by JEPS.FASHION. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

JEPS.FASHION is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or purchase of our products, to the extent permitted by Ghanaian law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
